Welcome to ecodrivo.com, owned and operated by Eco Drive Marketing Private Limited. By accessing or using this website, submitting service claims, or requesting quotations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Pricing and Product Specifications

Vehicle quotations refer specifically to standard vehicle configurations. Batteries (Lithium-ion or VRLA), smart chargers, RTO registration fees, road tax, comprehensive insurance, and accessories are configured and charged separately based on customer requirements. All commercial terms and quotations are subject to revision without prior notice.

2. Performance Estimates

All stated battery charging times (4–5 hours for Li-ion, 7–8 hours for VRLA) and vehicle payloads (150 KG) are factory-rated benchmarks. Operating range and speed ratings vary according to rider payload, terrain gradients, battery health, and riding mode. Fuel savings calculator figures are indicative simulations and do not constitute guaranteed savings.

3. Service and Warranty Adjudication

Submitting a service ticket does not automatically constitute warranty coverage. Warranty eligibility is subject to physical technician inspection at our Lucknow workshop and verification of genuine purchase invoices and chassis numbers. Out-of-warranty repairs require explicit customer estimate approval before chargeable work proceeds.

4. Dealership Inquiries

Inquiries submitted through the "Become a Dealer" page represent expressions of business interest and do not constitute an offer of contract, territory exclusivity, or guaranteed commercial returns until formal agreements are executed.
